Miguel is a Sydney-based Fitness influencer, trainer and model.

His motivational workouts demonstrate his physical and mental strength.  

 

Hailing from Angola, later moving to Ireland and now calling Sydney home, Miguel has always been involved in sports and fitness, taking him to the London Olympic Qualifiers for Boxing.

Miguel is passionate about supporting his community and various charities, particularly youth support and Indigenous communities throughout Australia. Miguel has been fortunate to experience African, South American, Asia, Europe, and Australian cultures.
